Position Title: Business Analyst Start Date: ASAP Term: One Year - Preference for a candidate in Victoria or Vancouver lower mainland
OVERVIEW/REQUIRED SKILLS We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to work on the IT Service Management Project. The project's primary objective is to replace the current IT Service Management (ITSM) tool with an Enterprise Service Management Tool. The project is currently in the pre-implementation phase. Technical and Leadership Skills:
    • Strong Requirements Gathering and Analysis
    • Strong Stakeholder Management
      • Communication with Non-Technical Stakeholders
      • Collaboration Across Teams
      • Expectations Management
    • Technical Awareness
      • Enterprise Service Management delivery experience is a MUST

    • Strong Process Mapping and Workflow Design
    • SAFe knowledge
    • Documentation and Communication
      • Clear and Concise Documentation
      • Cross-Team Communication

Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written;
    • High level of self-motivation and initiative;
    • Ability to work well under pressure;
    • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships
